Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose of the Agreement

This document regulates the conditions under which Timelabstudio provides professional photography and video services, as well as the rights and obligations related to images and intellectual property rights.

2. Intellectual Property Rights on Photographs and Videos

The photographs and videos produced by Timelabstudio are protected works under intellectual property law. The copyright ownership belongs to Timelabstudio, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The client will receive a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for the specific purposes agreed upon in the contract, such as personal, commercial, or promotional use. The transfer of additional rights, such as commercial exploitation, must be agreed upon in writing and may be subject to additional fees.

3. Rights over Images of Individuals

If the images include identifiable individuals, the client must ensure they have the necessary rights and consents for their use, holding Timelabstudio harmless from any liability arising from unauthorized use of such images.

4. Modifications and Cancellations

The client may request modifications or cancellations of the service, which must be communicated at least [X days] in advance. In the event of cancellation, financial penalties may apply as stipulated in the contract.

5. Promotional Use by Timelabstudio

Timelabstudio may use the photographs and videos created for its professional portfolio and promotional purposes on its website or social media, unless the client expressly objects in writing in advance.
