Image Use Clauses

1. Rights to Personal and Commercial Use

The client has the right to use the photographs and videos for the purposes agreed upon in the contract. Alteration, resale, or distribution without prior authorization from Timelabstudio is prohibited.

2. Retention of Original Files

Timelabstudio will retain a backup copy of the original files for a period of 3 months after delivery to the client. After this period, availability cannot be guaranteed.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

The client is solely responsible for the use of the photographs and videos and agrees to respect the image rights of third parties who may appear in the delivered material.
